Gifts purchased November 25th or later may be exchanged/returned (with the store tag still on) for credit until January 3rd, or within 10 non-Holiday calendar days of purchase, whichever is later.
Sale items are FINAL sales, with no exchanges, credit, or refunds (yes, even presents).
Most brands did not produce any extra stock and reorders are not available. In other words, popular items will sell out.
