DOG SHOW!!


We will be attending the Oakland Kennel Club shows in Anderson, CA on March 27 & 28, 2021.

We will be offering our mobile laboratory services for semen collection, evaluation and freezing, Brucella testing and breeding services. Call or email for an appointment.

It will be great to see everyone again!

 

INTERNATIONAL SEMEN SHIPMENTS


In spite of issues with COVID-19, we have been busier than ever with international semen shipments.

We are currently offering monthly shipments to Australia as these tanks have been filling up very fast.

We also, have shipments coming up outbound to New Zealand, UK, Germany, Ireland, South Africa, and Russia.

NEW TEXTING FEATURES
 
We now offer texting capabilities for your convenience, on our main office line, 530-273-9123. If you prefer to use texting as your main mode of contact, please let us know. This has simplified reporting of testing results, confirmation of appointment times, and letting us know you have arrived for curbside service. We are always working to find new ways to make things easy for our clients.

Please plan ahead!
 
 
Due to Covid and all that comes with curbside service, remote business and higher than normal volumes, we are asking everyone to please plan ahead for any procedures, semen shipments, etc. FedEx has a back log, and is running late most days, and are not honoring any money back guarantees.  

Last minute semen shipments are all but impossible, as our office is fully booked up with in house appointments and all staff members are stretched thin trying to keep up with the demand! In 20 years, we have never been this busy, and had every segment of our office completely overwhelmed with demand.

This includes:
                      • exports are booking up very quickly
                      • in house breeding appointments are booking up
                      • semen freezing is sometimes booked out weeks.

We are offering wait lists for any cancellations, but again, we ask for clients to allow for plenty of notice.

We appreciate everyone’s patience! Happy clients are our number one priority and we are doing all we can to address every client’s needs just as quickly as we can.
