Created by Dr. Greer and team at Veterinary Village, WI.

A word from Bridgett... Thank you to all of our clients for the last 22 years!!  We are so fortunate to be able to do what we love, and continue to set the bar high for others to aspire to. I started this business out of a mini van, doing mobile runs for semen collection and freezing 22 years ago.

Over the years I have grown the company and added in additional services such as progesterone timing and  transcervical inseminations.

I developed and fine tuned a model for canine semen exporting and importing which has enabled us to become the most prolific and largest semen exporting company in the United States, and quite possibly, the world.

Today, we have the most amazing, well rounded staff and I am so grateful for this team!  Our veterinary staff has over 100 years of combined experience in veterinary medicine! Our staff has expertise in dog breeding, showing and judging in AKC events, nose work and obedience work. Truly experts in every sense of the word!

I can't begin to express my gratitude for this wonderful group of professionals that I am surrounded by here. After 22 years we have perfected this formula and I personally, could not be more proud. Our formula for success includes attention to detail and ethics, along with client confidentiality, and a veterinary focused staff that makes your success their priority.

I thank you, our amazing clients, both new,  and the ones that have been with me since the beginning. Without you, none of this would be possible, and I never would have been able to accomplish my dream that this has become. THANK YOU.

Here's to the years to come!

What to ask your semen owner: Frozen Semen

  • How many breeding units will they be releasing for your use? Remember, one unit per insemination proceedure. (2 TCI = 2 units)
  • Post thaw motility?
  • Number of live, motile, normal sperm cells per breeding unit?
  • Where is it stored? This is important, as you may need to arrange shipping.
  • Does the storage facility have the resources to ship STAT if needed? Insurance for shipping?
Many clients ask us how many straws or pellets should be used for a breeding. This will vary from collection to collection, and by facility. We ask that you use the term "Breeding Unit" when requesting semen, so there is no confusion regarding number of straws or pellets needed, and the correct amount is received for a successful breeding.

European Union Exporting Update
For those clients that have been trying to export semen to some of the European countries, and have been having difficulties due to the EU Directive ( EU) 2020/686, please note that our European colleagues are currently working with representatives to have canine semen excluded from the Directive.
If this is accomplished, it would be great news to all of us as canine semen exporting would go back to mostly normal operations within Europe.  We should know more within a couple of months.
Stay tuned to our facebook page and newsletters for updates.
