We are excited to invite you to join us as we discuss books that make us better. The first meeting of the Bit Better Book Club is next week! We are starting a new and exciting chapter of our small but mighty community and it's great to have you with us.

This month we are discussing the book "The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg. At its core, "The Power of Habit" contains an exhilarating argument: The key to exercising regularly, losing weight, being more productive, and achieving success is understanding how habits work. How intersting is that?
Points we'll be talking about include (but not limited to):
- The habit loop
- Introducing new habits
- Replacing bad habits
- Interesting habits around creativity, personal growth, and health
