So, it's almost week into the New Year...when you think about the year ahead, what do you hope to accomplish? For your self? With your clients or participants? With your staff? What new experiences will you have? What will your year look like when you think back on it 12 months from now?

At the January Sandbox gathering we will discuss how to use the concept of a yearbook to set goals, get organized and create a document that captures your accomplishments.

You can create yearbooks with your participants, your staff or for yourself. We will provide examples, share some tools and set aside time for some planning and making.

And as usual, there will be time for networking and resource sharing.

Join us! Thursday, January 14th
8:30am-10am
RSVP here.
Please share this opportunity with others and encourage your staff to attend.

In case you missed the first Leadership Resolutions 2106 Chat, here are the resources that Michele and I complied from the conversation. Join us for the next one on Thursday, January 14th from 7-8pm EST. We'll be using Blab for the online video chat.
There's still time to register for the Leadership Lab.
We have a few spots left!

Take advantage of early-bird registration,
which ends on 1/15 and save $100.

Join other professionals, artists, community advocates and life-long-learners to:
  • Develop skills for a new style of leadership.
  • Deepen and widen your professional networks.
  • Connect to a community of other people working together to achieve their personal and professional goals.
  • Create and implement your own leadership plan to grow yourself, personally and professionally.

The Lab is not about the role you may currently play in your organization. You do not have to be a manager or supervisor or in a formal leadership role to participate.

If the timing isn't right for you, please consider recommending this opportunity to a colleague or friend.
