Dear Heart Tutors,

Thank you for signing up to volunteer with Heart Math Tutoring (HMT). We are very excited to have you on the team and can’t wait for you to meet your student(s)!

Tutoring will begin the week of October 3^rd, and schools have already begun nominating students for the program who will benefit from a tutor's help building foundational math skills and confidence. You will receive a "Startup Logistics" email in early September with details about getting started. Before you begin working with students, you will attend orientation which will vary based on your experience with HMT and your tutoring format.

VOLUNTEER DRIVE

Our goal is to serve over 1,300 students across 26 elementary schools during the 2022/23 school year. To do this, we will need 1,500 volunteers, and you can help us spread the word!
 
If you would like to invite HMT staff to speak to your group (employer, book club, faith group) over the summer to share about the need for volunteer tutors, or request written materials, please reach out to Mary Lauren Bishop. Thank you to our 2021/22 Community Partners!
