Be Ready to Re-Open on the 4th July

Today announcements in parliament means we can all finally re-open in England on the 4th July and we're delighted to say that at Goodtill we have ALL the tools you need to open in a social distance friendly manner.
We visited one of our customers, ACanteen and spoke to owner Emma about how they are using Goodtill tools already for takeaways and to prepare for re-opening. The tools include an online ordering platform, table ordering and their very own custom app. Emma helpfully explains more in the video below.

Transaction rate for in-store ordering is 2.4% + 20p for existing EPOS Customers (normally 2.7% + 20p) and 5% for Click & Collect and Delivery via Goodeats. This includes all card transactions fees, including charges for refund charges.  Contact us for high volume rates.

 A note regarding transaction rates. 

Platforms such as Goodeats which process mobile payments on a mobile device requires an e-commerce transaction type.  It is not possible to use traditional merchant services within the Goodeats platform as they do not offer e-commerce payments.  E-commerce payments require higher level of security and compliance (like post code matches) compared to in person card payments and the wholesale buy rate is significantly more a normal interchange fee. 

  We will pay your fees for transactions up to £1000

As a gesture of goodwill in these challenging times, we are going to waive all web ordering platform fees and even pay the Stripe transaction fees on your behalf for your first £1000 worth of transactions on Goodeats. So, no Fees for the first £1000 of transactions, including all Stripe fees (usually 5% for collection and 2.4% + 20p for instore)
