Dear Goodtill Customers,

We have always taken pride in being a service led company constantly evolving our products to work for you. Thank you so much for all your feedback while you were trying to adapt your business to the current ongoing situation.  We have prioritised many enhancements and currently implementing even more exciting features to our platform. Here is a sneak peak of our product roadmap for the next few weeks.

  • A much improved Goodeats setup page
  • Configurable time slot intervals for collection and delivery i.e 5,10,15 minutes
  • Simplified order number for Goodeats order reference
In the planning phase
  • Ability to enforce a maximum number of orders for a given time slot
  • Automatic slot distribution for end users based on your configured slots and fulfilment capacity
  • Delivery slots to support days as well rather than just time
  • Support for Post code based delivery charge if delivery orders fall outside the standard delivery radius
  • Concept of assigning drivers(from staff list) for delivery orders
  • Xero/Quickbook integration for Goodeats
  • Push notification of the Web-order on the POS app

  We will pay your fees for transactions up to £1000
As a gesture of goodwill in these challenging times, we are going to waive all Web Ordering platform fees and even pay the Stripe transaction fees on your behalf for your first/next £1000 worth of transactions. So No Fees for the first £1000 of transactions, including all Stripe fees (usually 5%)
