Well, friends, here we are…on the eve of a new year and ready to say goodbye to one that will forever be remembered and dubbed “the year like no other”. Instead of reflecting on all the challenges faced, we would like to focus on the positives that the year has provided.  We found that 2020 has shown us areas where our teams succeeded – adapting to changes quickly, working together to address unforeseen circumstances and rapidly finding solutions that work.  We have established new building procedures, developed communications outlets for transparency and guidance, and we have embraced and enhanced relationships both new and old.  We have been forced to look internally to see where improvements could be made and implemented policies for the betterment of all.  But one thing that has remained the same, despite the difficulties encountered this year, is the steadfast team that makes City Center who we are today.  As we all know, the employees are the backbone and, in our case, they’re also the heart of our company.  We are very grateful for every employee that has weathered this storm with us, and together, we look forward to working with and for each of you, our tenants, in the years to come.  As we welcome 2021, we hope you all have a safe, happy and healthy new year too.

City Center Spotlight

We would like to take a moment to recognize our employees that have dedicated numerous years to the City Center team and its tenants.  Each employee plays an integral role in the various departments of our organization and they are a significant part of our company’s journey and success throughout the years.  We extend a hearty ‘Thank You’ to them for choosing to share their time with us and we are proud to recognize the milestones achieved too.
Normally we would identify and congratulate them during our annual holiday party, but as one could imagine, this year adjustments had to be made.  Now we invite each of you to help us thank and applaud the many years these faithful employees have provided.  To share the love while supporting social distancing, please feel free to send congratulatory emails or air high-fives are always appreciated when you see them too.
