Dear Colleague,
While 2020 has brought countless changes to the way many are doing business, we have found ourselves embracing new procedures.  Below are more details about the new City Center newsletter that is coming to your inbox soon.  You will also find information about an Emergency Procedure poster provided by the City Center Security team. Also included is information on a convenient option for flu shots this year.

City Center Newsletter Details
One process that City Center Management initiated during the onset of the pandemic is this letter to tenants as a consistent form of communication.  Because the letter(s) were received so well, we would like to enhance the communication process by upgrading to a new platform and format by introducing the City Center Newsletter, bimonthly and electronically, via MailChimp.
Following the delivery of this letter via email as a PDF attachment, we will send the same letter via MailChimp.  The email through MailChimp will also show Valerie Farrell as the sender from  Please check your spam folder, as the first communication may go directly there instead of your inbox.  We will continue this dual letter sharing process for the first few messages to ensure the communication is being received by all, but in the future, MailChimp will be the primary form of regular City Center communications.  If you have difficulties receiving the letters via MailChimp, please contact Valerie Farrell at for further assistance.
Also, with the transition to the new platform, we are implementing a new timeframe for our communications.  Starting today, the newsletter will be shared every two weeks.  With this change, we realize there may be questions about Coronavirus cases within City Center.  We will monitor and address the positive cases in the towers on an immediate basis, including the notification for multi-tenant floors and the remediation process too.  Case reporting to tower tenants (like the Case Updates below) will continue, but on the new bimonthly basis.  Should you have questions about positive cases between newsletters, please email Valerie Farrell and/or Carolyn Parnell for an update.
Case Updates

One positive COVID-19 case has been reported within the City Center towers since the last week’s communication.  Below are the details related to this case:
Case Reported:           September 8, 2020
Location:                      Wells Fargo Tower, floors (18-32)
No other tower businesses were visited during that time.
The full remediation process was completed immediately for this case.  Please contact Carolyn Parnell, 817-255-5753 or to report positive cases that may occur within your office so we may quickly and efficiently complete the notification and disinfection processes.
Tenant Safety Procedures

City Center Security usually provides a Tenant Safety Training session each year for all office tenants, but due to the pandemic, the training has been postponed until further notice.  One item that would be handed out during this meeting is an Emergency Procedure form that may be displayed in a common area within your office (example image to left).  The form is 12x17 and printed on a sturdy paper for hanging.  If you would like a copy, please contact Noel Giboney directly at and they will bring one to your office.
Flu Shots

Metroplex Medical Centres has flu shots available in their clinic located in Garage 1, Street Level (201 Commerce Street).  Flu shots are covered by insurance.  Walk-ins are welcome, or appointments may also be made by calling
