Dear Colleague,
Growing up, getting a 75% on your paper or test may elicit a raised eyebrow and questions from your parents. But now in 2020, the year of unpredictability, we give air high-fives and applaud 75% when Governor Abbott says occupancy rates may increase to this percentage. This increase includes office-based businesses, so to the tenants returning to City Center, we want to share a hearty “Welcome Back”. We look forward to seeing you again!

As always, should there be any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 817-255-5700 or

Before we acknowledge the reality of the Coronavirus with our regular updates, we would like to share a fun perspective for the return after months away.  We’ve developed a Top 10 list of reasons why now is a great time to head back downtown.
Top Ten Reasons to Return to Downtown
1.  Wide open spaces – parking spaces, that is.  Pick your parking spot, either close to the elevators or further away to burn extra calories.  Either way, you’ll feel like a VIP with the ease of parking downtown.
2.  Gigi and the crew at 203 Cafe miss you. And don’t worry, they will still remember your name...even  while wearing a mask!
3.  A date night is desperately needed, but so is social distancing. Good thing the best rooftop dining in downtown is just steps away at night is alright!
4.  The “Quarantine 15” is real.  But don’t stress, instead call Debbie at City Club. She would be happy to set you up with a fitness membership to help melt away the extra pounds.
5.  Your at-home attire (yoga pants + a business shirt) is not acceptable IN the office like it has been for your Zoom meetings.  Not to worry, H&M has options to help you get your wardrobe office ready again.
6.  You’re getting the hang of this cooking-at-home-more-often thing but need some help to spice things up in the kitchen. Visit the Virgin Olive Oiler and talk to Chef Charles Flach about the many varieties of oils, salts and seasonings available. He even has recipes and cooking tips to share – your taste buds will thank you!
7.  Have a birthday coming up and can’t order a card with your online grocery pickup? Whether you need one that’s funny or sweet or something in between, Sherry’s Gifts & Snacks has a card that’s just for you.
8.  Funky Town Donuts has the sweet treat your boring homemade breakfast routine has been missing.  You can’t feel guilty when there’s fruit on top, right?
9.  Are you in the doghouse for walking in on your spouse’s Zoom meeting...again? Stop by Flowers to Go for the perfect bouquet to say, “They didn’t see me, right?”.
10.   You never know what the City Center team is going to do next...all we know is you don’t want to
miss it!

Coronavirus Updates

No matter what style you choose, please wear a mask in common areas and shared spaces
within City Center.
Please remember when coming back into the towers that masks are mandatory and social distancing is required in common areas too.  While we are thankful that the cases have remained low within the buildings, you can have confidence knowing we’re continuing to be proactive with our enhanced cleaning and remediation processes when needed too.
Cases Reported

Two positive COVID-19 cases have been reported within the City Center towers since the last communication.  Below are the details related to these cases:
Case Reported:           September 16, 2020
Location:                      Wells Fargo Tower, floors (18-32)
No other tower businesses were visited while in the office last.
Case Reported:           September 23, 2020
Location:                      Wells Fargo Tower, floors (2-17)
No other tower businesses were visited while in the office last.

The precautionary safety steps were completed for both cases.  Please contact Carolyn Parnell, 817-255-5753 or to report positive cases that may occur within your office so we may quickly and efficiently complete the notification and disinfection processes.
