Since the newsletter began, we have shared information with you that we believe is beneficial to you as our tenants.  However, City Center Management would like to also hear from you.  Are there burning questions you would like to know more about?  Is there something we have shared previously that we could elaborate on now?  We welcome all questions, from “How do I access my office after hours?” or “I’m having trouble logging in to create a work order, who do I call?” to “Why are the skybridge lights red?” and “Was Johnny really playing the piano in the last video?”  (The answer is yes, by the way!).  Feel free to send an email with questions to  Answers that are relevant to all tenants will be shared in future newsletters.

Because of the tremendous turnout at the two previous blood drives, City Center has committed to hosting a blood drive each quarter beginning next month.  Carter BloodCare will be onsite December 10, 2020 in the Speaker’s Room located in City Club. More details will be shared in next newsletter including a link to register for the upcoming drive, so stay tuned and save the date!

Cases Reported

Two positive COVID-19 cases have been reported within the towers since the last communication. 
Case Reported:           October 28, 2020
Location:                      Bank of America Tower, floors 3-12
The employee visited Sherry’s Gifts & Snacks on Oct. 27; Sherry’s disinfects commonly touched items after each guest visit.  No other known cases have visited the store. Also, the individual in this case did not visit any other tower businesses during the time they were onsite.

Case Reported:           November 4, 2020
Location:                      Bank of America Tower, floors 25-38
No other tower businesses were visited during the time the individual was onsite.

The safety guidelines and communication procedures have been completed for these cases.  Please contact Carolyn Parnell, 817-255-5753 or to report positive cases that may occur within your office so we may quickly and efficiently complete the notification and disinfection processes.
