WEEKLY READ
Reflecting and Learning from 2021
As we look forward to 2022, it is crucial for us to take a look back at 2021 to assess our year. To help you plan and set up your goals for 2022, while measuring your achievements for 2021, Robyn Ward and the FounderForward team have created a framework that everyone can follow.

Before diving into specific goal-setting, you can begin with the following prompts:
1.  What do I want MORE of in my life? What do I want LESS of in my life?
2. How do I want to FEEL in 2022? How do I not want to FEEL in 2022?
3. Who do I want to BE in 2022?

Once you have some clarity on the above, you can then move into solidifying 3-5 personal and/or professional development goals for the year.  Importantly, these goals are connected to a deeper why and should help you in your journey to show up as the person you seek to be.
