Graham Greene's Clapham - The End of the Affair

Sunday 8 March from 10.30am Clapham South Underground station Read more and book now

Hailed as one of the leading literary giants of the Twentieth Century, Graham Greene needs little introduction.  The End of the Affair: his slim but powerful novel of jealousy and obsession, written soon after the Second World War, in which an author, with habits much like Greene's own, becomes obsessed with jealousy following an affair.  Zigzagging across Clapham Common, the story and characters emerge through dark wintry evenings - who is stalking is whom? Between the Lines is our reading walking bookclub, in which we walk through neighbourhoods of post-war fiction, and what better way to start a Sunday morning with a dose of lust and jealousy. WE NEED YOUR FINANCIAL HELP
To run the Urban Tree Festival in May this year and provide as many free events as we can, we need your financial help - with approximately 2,000 subscribers to this newsletter, if each of you donated £6 (the equivalent to a couple of cups of takeaway coffees) the festival could offer 40 free events to 1200 people.  Surely that's worth foregoing a couple of coffees this week?

Pleased donate now or forward this to your employer's marketing team and ask them to sponsor the Festival
