Thinking deeply on a philosophy walk

Meet Mark Reid, guide book author, mountain leader, and deep thinker.  We joined him on a 'netwalking' event in the Yorkshire Dales, not only did we discover a remarkable man of generous spirit but a thinker to boot.  You could almost imagine that his 'Team Walking' adventures are geography field trips for grown-ups, as he leaves it up to us to search out answers to questions like 'why is this stone circle where it is? and who took the time to construct it? what were their life choices and their self-doubts over their life's purpose?

Do please take a listen to Mark Reid talking walking - he is a great conversationalist and then, go on, spoil yourself and sign up for one of his adventures.
