Hello!

I wanted to thank you for being one of the first to subscribe to my newsletter.

I'm going to switch things up a little bit based on what I've learned in the past few months and focus on sharing more of my favourite captures. I share almost daily on Instagram, but the images aren't high quality and the square crop isn't always ideal. These monthly (and perhaps bi-weekly) emails will give me a chance to share bigger and better versions with you. I know your email inbox is prime real estate so I'll work to add value instead of clutter to it.

I hope you enjoy the photos; I know I have an amazing time capturing them. If you find these emails enjoyable, I'd love it if you would share it with others. Thanks!

- Matt

From the shore of Lake Huron near Port Elgin, Ontario. The Sun had just dipped below the horizon and turned the sky an amazing shade of purple.

This is a time lapse of the night sky taken over a 2 hour period. Pointing towards the north pole, you get a sense of the rotation of the Earth. Captured just outside of Cambridge, Ontario.

We're a part of something much much bigger. Our Milky Way galaxy can be seen on a clear night stretching across the sky. This is a 5 minute long exposure of the Milky Way core. Taken along the Saugeen River near Port Elgin, Ontario.

Just north of Waterloo are some amazing old iron bridges and country side. This was taken along the Conestogo River.
