Recipes of the Month: What’s a Family Meal without Fruits and Vegetables?!

This month we combine Fruits and Veggies – More Matters Month with celebrating the importance of Family Meals Month. Now more than ever, especially with the kids heading back to school, it’s important to make sure kids are not only eating the right nutrients important for brain function and health, but also enjoying the social benefits of sitting down together as a family to eat. There’s no doubt kids do better in school when they are enjoying a healthy diet surrounded by ones they love. Try one of our recipes that include a variety of fruits and veggies the whole family will enjoy!
