ProForm™ is an epoxy/paper composite diebase that was developed to offer diemakers superior stability, strength, flatness, and thickness tolerance.
Stronger, flatter, and more stable than plywood, ProForm™ is perfectly suited for long run dies with multiple re-knifes.
ProForm™ has been heat tested for thermal die applications, is CNC machinable, and highly moisture resistant for tooling that needs to be washed-down.
Best of all, ProForm™ is easily processed on a laser, and offers a very consistent kerf across the entire sheet.
ProForm™ is available in thicknesses of 1/16" to 3/4" and in a variety of sheet sizes.
