Rest assured, like before, you will not be charged during forced closure or lockdown.
In the case of local forced closures, we ask that you send us your site name and date that you had to close and we will pro rata credit you for any of our services pre-paid past that date.
In the case of a total UK lockdown, we will know those dates and apply them accordingly.
We ask that you DO NOT cancel your DD's with us as it creates a lot of extra work, for us all, cancelling and setting them up again. If your account has a balance owed to us, that will be taken as normal. If your account is at zero or in credit we will set your DD to £0.00 going forward until you re-open.
(Should any collections be made in error they will be corrected ASAP)
Customers not on DD are asked to clear their balances as normal and stop their payments to us only when their balances are cleared.
