A message from Mary Young, our Co-Founder
Hello, my friends,
In 1992 Gary made the statement, “A few years down the road from now, you are going to see Young Living with 3-5 million distributors worldwide and thousands of millionaires, because we've got products that people don't want to walk away from. You are going to set an example for the world to follow. You distributors are trend setters for the ’90s, for this new network marketing idea, and for a new concept in health care and personal care products. It’s really exciting to see the potential and possibilities that all of you have.”
As I travel to many of these great events that are on the horizon, I look forward to seeing many of you there.
In March we headed to the cold north of Fort Nelson, Canada, to join in the winter festival. It was a way for us in Young Living to thank the people of Fort Nelson for their help and support in building our distillery operation and for the residents of Fort Nelson to learn more about us and what we do. The snow activities were fun and exhilarating with a little music and dancing to keep everyone warmed up, and the hot cider was wonderful. Could we call this the warmup for the rest of the year?
In February we had the Academy graduation, the ribbon cutting of Ecuador’s new offices and Experience Centre, and the country opening of Colombia. We also celebrated the 20-year anniversary of Australia, with truly monumental achievements under the dynamic leadership of our General Manager, Kristen Tod.
That was 27 years ago, and we have surpassed Gary’s predictions. When Gary gave Jared the directive that evolved into our worldwide 5×5 Pledge, a whirlwind was set in motion.

April’s Live Your Passion Rally was a huge success! More than 127 hosts united around 3,000 attendees across Australia and New Zealand for a day of excitement, YL updates, and sharing on the benefits of essential oils.
We'd like to extend a huge thank you to all our members who conducted their Live Your Passion Rally events last weekend.

Making a Difference to our Communities
Our thoughts have been with victims and their families of the Christchurch tragedy last month and the tremendous heartache and impact it must have had on their lives of those affected.
Young Living Australia and New Zealand also share in this grief and have donated NZ$3000 to the Givealittle Charity, who run the Victim Support Official page for the Christchurch Massacre. The charity has raised over 10 million dollars so far. If you would like to donate via Givealittle click here.
We’re also proud to be able to support The StarTrack, Youth Off The Streets event last Saturday, 6th April. We’ve donated AU$1,400 worth of amazing products to be auctioned at the event to help raise funds. The charity helps to get kids of the streets and into stable accommodation, access counselling, overcome addition, get back to school and eventually help them to land a job. On the 10th of every month, we’ll showcase the five members in each region: U.S., Canada, Europe, Latin America, and APAC - who enrol the most people.
