We are looking for a new team member! This is a senior-level position that will be responsible for managing several of our public realm projects, our small business design program, and the Backyard Homes Project. If you are an organized and strategic problem-solver with strong writing and communication skills, then you might be a good candidate to be our next Community & Policy Lead!

Summer happy hour at our office!

We are hosting a happy hour at our office in collaboration with our office-mates, Clockshop! Clockshop is a multidisciplinary arts organization that creates new conversations about art, politics and urban spaces – such as the Bowtie Project. Bring a friend and hang out with us on Wednesday, July 17 from 4-7PM. Stop by anytime – we’re located at 2806 Clearwater Street in Frogtown.

Hem, the Swedish furniture brand, is collaborating with LA Design Festival to host Hem Fest – a party and raffle on June 22 from 3-9PM at the Hem and Madera LA Showroom. The raffle will consist of reimagined Max Lamb “Last Stools”, designed by LA-Más and the following design studios: Snøhetta, Kelly Wearstler, Rapt Studio, wHY, ETC.etera, The Archers, and Oliver M. Furth. All proceeds from the raffle will directly benefit LA-Más! Please RSVP here and join us for a night featuring tattoos from Anouk Amount, table tennis with a table by Formation Association, an exhibition from Object Permanence and sips and bites. #HemFest #LastStool #LADesignFestival
