A good way to find out more about the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Hello <<First Name>>,
We're sending this eNews for the second time today, because we made a mistake the first time around! We accidentally said the Opportunities workshops were in Brisbane, instead of Adelaide. Apologies for any confusion.
NDIS Understanding workshops - train the trainer style, so that you can deliver NDIS workshops directly to people with disability and families
NDIS Opportunities workshops - for senior management and Board members of community organisations, to help you move smoothly through the 'transition to full Scheme'
We are funded to run these workshops for free for community information, capacity building, and advocacy organisations, who work directly to inform people with disability and their families about the NDIS. Please contact us before registering if you are not sure if your organisation is eligible to attend these free workshops.
To see other workshops currently open for registration, visit ourevents page.
For now, check out the news articles below to find out what we have planned for Brisbane.
We hope you find our website and eNews useful, helpful, and easy to use. We always welcome your feedback.
Adelaide NDIS Understanding workshops
The NDIS Understanding series are ‘Train the trainer’ workshops that provide the information and resources organisations need to inform people with disability and families about the NDIS. These are particularly important now that the ‘Participant Pathway’ has changed with the ‘transition to full Scheme’ in July 2016.
These workshops are ideal for Adelaide based staff and volunteer trainers from community information, capacity building, and advocacy organisations who work directly to inform people with disability and their families.
August 10, 11, 12 Adelaide
Free (for eligible attendees)
Includes food & drinks
