Registration is now open for the ICCT High Level Panel on administrative measures targeting Foreign Fighters. Questions about the proportionality of these measures and benchmarks to be applied to new legislation will be discussed by an expert panel, followed by a Q&A session with the audience. The event takes place on 2 September 2016 and is open to the public.
