If you’re overseas and still intending to arrive in the UK before the current physical arrival deadline (which will be 11 January for most of you), or if you have already been studying on campus for term 1 there’s nothing more we need you to do.
For those of you who have been studying wholly on-line this survey information is for you:
We hope you’ve enjoyed your first term of studying with Warwick online, as we continue to adapt to life during a pandemic. To help you prepare for a return to study in January, we wanted to get in touch to let you know about our plans for spring term 2021 (term 2)
Warwick will, as in the autumn term, offer all of its students a blended teaching experience. This means that, wherever possible, we expect our students to join us on campus when University reopens after the Christmas break. Teaching will start again in the week of 11 January 2021, combining excellent face-to-face teaching with online learning.
Students unable to attend campus in Term 2
We appreciate that, once again, due to travel limitations or personal circumstances, some of you will have no other option but to join us on campus at a later date. If so, there are some conditions under which you’ll be able to continue your studies with Warwick online for some, or all of Term 2.
Continuing online study - what’s next?
If you have no option but to continue to learn online, your department will be in touch next week (w/c 16 November) to explain how you’ll notify them of your intention to study remotely.
Further information and what’s next
To keep up-to-date with the University’s response to coronavirus, and how changing circumstances may affects your studies in term 2, please check the Stay Safe at Warwick and look out for alerts on your MyWarwick app. Your department will be in touch w/c 16 November so please look out for this email in your inbox.
In the meantime, please look after yourselves and your families.
