Love is the answer...

"Whatever the question, love is the answer..."

We're a bit into 2021 now, and it seems we will need a long breath to get through these often difficult times. Having a bad day? I know the feeling and to you, I just want to say: You're OK. One day is easier than the other. And that's OK too. There is nothing you can do. There is up, there is down. There is light, there is dark. The waves of life keep going... Once you have chosen to live from OK-ness, you can allow yourself to be fully authentic, accepting and loving.

Because LOVE is what we need right now. For ourselves and others. We have so much love to give. To both ourselves and others. Do you still feel it? 

A crisis can both bring us together and divide us. It's heart-warming how many people are helping their peers in these troubling times, but it's disconcerting to see others sling mud at each other. Respect each other. Let's put our best foot forward to maintain peace, love and kindness in ourselves and the world as a whole.

Let the love in your heart be your guiding light on the path to a lighter spirit. These are excellent times to let go of things that weigh us down. Worrying about the past, the need to be in control, fear of the unknown, guilt... and especially, worrying about things you can't change. Make a list of those things you'd like to let go and keep it in sight. Take one thing at a time to erase. Powerful ways to help to shift your energy to a higher frequency are reiki, massage, breathwork, body movement, yoga, guided meditation and relaxation.


Before we can once again blossom this spring, take your time to just be. Have a bit of extended hibernation, take more time for the things you do. Don't rush, don't do too much, don't think too much. Let yourself experience a deep relaxation and reset. We cannot enjoy each other's company and connect in groups. But there are other solutions...

In these sessions, we work towards connecting your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical body through various techniques that are suitable for you at the time. Self-care is important to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself, but sometimes you need a little nudge in the right direction! Explore your own nature in a loving and safe environment and don't hesitate to contact me if you need some guidance. I am here to help you! We'll find a way to practice self-care and self-healing through self-awareness and self-love.
 
When the world starts opening up again, I'll let you know about new events and an agenda update. My website is going through a transformation too! I am re-writing and updating the text. That for later... hopefully till soon... and remember: you're OK!
